We have to be able to offer some evidence of how our grants have been used to our independent examiner, the Charity Commission and to our trustees. We will send an email reminder to fill in the form within one an academic year of you receiving the award if you haven't filled it in before then.
Please Note: A minor problem on some browsers is that when you move onto the next page on the form, it just shows a blank page and you have to scroll up to the top to carry on answering the questions and/or find the submit button. We recommend that on the 3rd (final) page, you use the slider button to request a copy of your responses to be emailed to you which then gives you a record of your submission.
